Annual Brian Diemer Family Of Races 2025

The 35th Annual Brian Diemer 5K Run will take place on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Legacy Christian School in Grand Rapids. The event features a flat, fast 5K course with six live bands performing along the route. Special features include handcycle divisions, My Team Triumph participation, and a kids’ steeplechase. Race day registration and packet pickup begins at 7:00am, with the main race starting at 8:30am.

The event offers substantial prize money for elite runners and various age group awards. A unique tradition continues: anyone who beats three-time Olympian Brian Diemer wins a donut! Early registration (before May 26) guarantees a race t-shirt. The event includes divisions for elite runners, masters, grand masters, and handcyclists.
