I stopped and smelled the roses… or tiptoed through the tulips… or just stopped to take in the beauty of spring in West Michigan. I’m especially lucky to the Calvin University so close to my home. When Covid hit, I stopped going to the gym and started training outdoors and around campus. I’ve had a full year of watching it change through each season — spring being the most beautiful. What’s especially special about Calvin is that I graduated and now my oldest son is finishing up his sophomore year.
